Claude Code is the agent runtime. Several sessions stay on around the clock, one per channel: direct messages, project groups, client installs and a terminal. Each hands its context to the next session when it restarts.
The right model for each job. Opus handles conversations and judgment calls. Sonnet answers over memory. Haiku writes the observation notes every 10 minutes.
Guardrails as code. Skills, hooks and rules are plain files. Checks run before every outgoing message and every write to core files.
